Deliverability Guarantee

Last updated: 11 January 2025 в 17:55

Email deliverability is a critical metric for the success of your email campaigns and your overall mailing reputation. Proofy uses industry best practices to deliver the most accurate verification results possible. We strive to ensure our verification results reach maximum accuracy.

However, accuracy will decline over time as email users change jobs and their accounts are deleted. Additionally, users may delete or abandon their email accounts, leading to deactivation. Mailboxes can become full, email server settings can become misconfigured, and ESP – email service providers tighten their rules for senders while lowering thresholds for undelivered emails (bounces). Therefore, it is essential to periodically clean your email lists.

We can confirm the high accuracy of our email verification service, but we cannot guarantee the deliverability of your emails.
Deliverability depends not only on the cleanliness of your email list but also on the IP addresses used for sending, whether recipients have granted permission to receive your emails, the content of your messages, and even the subject line.
In other words, an Email Verifier cleans your email list and improves its quality but does not ensure deliverability to recipients.

If you send emails to a non-targeted audience, you will experience low open rates and a higher likelihood of being marked as spam, which will negatively impact your deliverability.
