No. Verification uses technical signals such as syntax, domain, MX, mail-server, and mailbox-level responses without sending a real message.
Risky and Unknown results should be reviewed separately instead of automatically treating them as Valid. Catch-all and restricted mail servers can limit mailbox-level certainty.

No. Proofy does not sell uploaded email lists. Data handling is governed by Proofy's Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, GDPR information, and Data Processing Agreement.
Proofy's current Data Processing Agreement states that personal data and verification results are retained for up to 60 days, unless a longer period is legally required.
Users can delete data through the service, subject to the applicable retention and legal requirements described in Proofy's policies and DPA.
